You are the boss, so you make the rules. So this means you have the freedom to keep trying. There is never just one shot to get things done.
Don’t limit your thinking to all or nothing. Do your best always and keep going. If something goes wrong don’t see it as the end, but just a bump in the road, keep going there are plenty of opportunities out there.
Focus on What’s Important
As an entrepreneur, you may have many things to do, but not all of them are important right now. Prioritize things you need to do, and focus on what’s most important.
Don’t sweat the small stuff.
You can only handle so much, so don’t try to do it all. Taking on too much will put a great deal of pressure on you.
Meditate for Relief
If the pressure gets to be too much, try meditation. All it takes is a few minutes a day to relax, focus on your breathing and clear your mind. You’ll feel more relaxed and be better able to deal with all you need to get done.
It may sound silly, but it does work. Stand in front of a mirror and tell yourself how great you are at your job and that you can do anything you set your mind to.
